The Primus Fire Ignition Steel is not only an effective way to start a fire or stove it is a great value ferrocium rod, ideal if you want the most sparks for your buck.
The rod and striker are held together on a loop of elastic, I found that this loop was too small to get the striker into a position I felt produced the most sparks. I will be replacing this with some paracord or a larger loop of elastic in the future
